8LST raise a scary amount of money in one lunchtime

8LST finished the half term raising more funds for the charity Friends of Lindi, a charity that supports education in the coastal town of Lindi in Tanzania. You can see from the photos that the students put their hearts into their Halloween Fair, and raised well over £60. Activities included guess the weight of the pumpkin, guess the number of eyeballs (sweets, not real ones!)  in the jar, a find a spider challenge, a fortune teller and delicious spooky cakes.
