It is the aim of Sackville School to make the examination experience as stress free and successful as possible for all students. This section of the school website has been designed to be informative and helpful for both students and parents.
The awarding bodies (or examination boards) set down strict criteria which must be followed for the conduct of examinations and we are required to follow them precisely. Guidance on this can be found using the links to the left.

Summer 2023 Information
Ofqual have confirmed that exams will be returning to normal in the summer of 2023. The adjustments that had been made for the disruption to previous year groups have been discontinued. Please find the timetables for the summer below.
Please note that all students must be available on Wednesday 28th June as a contingency day. If not available and it is needed, students would be awarded zero for any exam placed on that day. Please do not book holidays that go across this day.
Results days are confirmed as Thursday 17th August (A Level) and Thursday 24th August (GCSE). These will be in-person and all students should be attending these events to collect their results wherever possible.
