Swimmers excel at the National Team Swimming Relay Championships

Our junior and intermediate boys’ teams travelled to the London Aquatics Centre on Saturday November 17th to compete in the national finals of the Secondary Schools Team Swimming Relay Championships, having progressed from the qualifying gala at Horsham Pavillions.
It was an excellent day for both teams. The highlight of the day for Sackville was the junior team coming sixth overall (in the country!) in the freestyle relay.
Both teams were competing against the very best school teams in the country, and so these results represent a truly fantastic achievement.
We would like to thank the students for their impressive efforts and their parents for transporting and supporting them.
Junior boys: Cameron Wrapson, Theo Stenning, Freddie Mabey, Robert Taylor.
Intermediate boys: Sam Wiles, Danielius Tuma, Jamie Young, Adam Lawrence.
