Culture, carbs and clever conversation in Cambridge

Thank you to Mrs Stuart for taking students from years 10, 12 and 13 to Cambridge to get some public speaking training from Cambridge debaters.

Arriving early meant time for sightseeing in the city, vising Fitzwilliam Museum for culture, and Pizza Express for carbs (Mrs Stuart’s descriptions!). The debating itself took place at the Cambridge Union where speakers were judged by none other than Judge Judy. Well done to all of those who took part – you did yourselves and Sackville proud.
