Emma passes her Senior Cadet Instructor course

In February half-term, year 13 student, Emma, attended the Senior Cadet Instructor Course in Thetford with the Army Cadets. This week-long course was all about developing leadership skills and teaching techniques, through delivery of lessons and a Fieldcraft Training Exercise. For part of the week Emma was awarded the role of Section Commander and achieved a Highly Competent grade. She thoroughly enjoyed the course and would 100% recommend younger students to get involved in the Army Cadets and take advantage of all the activities they offer to improve confidence, discipline and teamwork.
