Higher Education and Apprenticeship Fair

Higher Education and Apprenticeship Fair

Last night the hall was filled to capacity with students and their families attending our Higher Education and Apprencticeship Fair. We had representatives from 14 universities from across the country including Sheffield, Lancaster, Sufolk, Stirling, Aberystwyth and the University of Creative Arts. East Surrey, Plumpton and Chichester Colleges were also in attendance.

Emma Fallon from the University of Sussex spoke about how to choose a university and university course.  James Brooklyn from Ask Apprenticeships then proceeded to bust some myths surrounding apprenticeships, explained how they work and discussed the many opportunities available to students.  It was wonderful to see so many students from years 9-12 planning their future.
