Delicious canapés were provided for our Year 13 and 11 Art exhibition yesterday by our Year 9 students who have chosen Food Tech for one of their GCSE options. They worked in teams to produce a range of canapés for a variety of special dietary needs, including gluten and lactose free. They had two hours to make and decorate the dishes that were then served at the private show for parents.
