Record turnout at Sackville Observatory Open Evening

Mr Bush writes:-
Clear skies meant a record-breaking turnout at our open evening last night, with over 100 guests of all ages enjoying astronomy. Great views of the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn were had by all as shown by this stunning photo of the Moon’s South West quadrant by Jay Murphy (8JCK).
“Thank you everyone who gave up their personal time to host this event last night! It was amazing…and we were blown away by Max’s knowledge!”
As ever thanks to our y12 student Max Goddard and to Steve Pond from Above East Grinstead for their continued support.
